I probably would agree with Bill Gates about the need to lower the number of people on Earth even though I do not accept the Malthusian ONE PIE theory that backs up such recommendations. I do agree (in other words) that if we are not going to make productive and creative use of the humans on Earth by space colonization or many other useful things including helping each other achieve enlightenment or what Futurescape suggests they will do with the emergent World Mind control technology. I really think the lack of meaningful plans or even any discussion about the technology speaks to why there is a need to reduce the inalienable rights to abuse other life on earth by having kids who are wards of the state or raised to be suicide bombers and other perverse uses including what women are allowed to do in most countries.

In short - even though I post this link which says nothing about the above issues - I do think about whether they might be right.

Another major group which has many tentacles beyond the Unitarian revival of the kind of things the family of Jesus studied is almost the originator of New Age philosophy according to decidedly deceived TRUE believers like the following.

Whereas this site has discourse of greater interest and value (IMHO).

Bioprinting of eyes by 2027 is just the tip of the iceberg in human "enhancement" facing our children and society's planners. You will see Google glasses are part of the way Futurescape explains the melding of our minds to their purposes associated with controlling the World Mind. You can be absolutely certain Ray Kurzweil as Google's science guy knows more about it than anyone you will meet.

    http://www.gizmag.com/mhox-3d-biopri...71c02-91426461

Kurzweil was on the convention circuit of speakers in 2001 saying things would happen by 2015 rather than 2035 as Bill Joy said would be the time for truly sentient self-replicating robots. Here is more proof that Kurzweil was correct. In fact this takes us way further than what was being discussed then.

But even though Einstein was right about the human mind having limits - soon these limits will be enhanced and possibly even removed through the use of technology combining consciousness and machines. It is even possible the machines will have a soul which might be part of the whole idea or design of what makes consciousness exist.

Much of the Bell curve in technology which powers the transformations taking place (Including Futurescape's presentation of what is happening with the collective mind or World Mind) all depends on further advances in computing speed. Quantum computing will probably make artificial intelligence as fast as the human mind in a small space of machine use - and much greater in uses where there is no cranial limit. It has been used in the huge displays at sports arenas for over a decade, you might also know about the military letting out contracts (Mr. Everitt) in 2000.

"Quantum computing is often considered one of the most logical successors to traditional computing. If pulled off, it could spur innovation across many fields, from sorting through tremendous Big Data stores of unstructured information — which will be key in making discoveries — to designing super materials, new encryption methods, and drug compounds without trial-and-error lab testing.

For all of this to happen, though, someone has to build a working quantum computer. And that hasn’t happened yet, arguably aside from that giant (and controversial) D-Wave machine. We’re a big step closer now, though. IBM researchers, for the first time, have figured out how to detect and measure both bit-flip and phase-flip quantum errors simultaneously. They also outlined a new, square quantum bit circuit design that could scale to much larger dimensions."

The NYTimes raises some good questions in this article. We actually have machines reading the minds or body language at borders and you can be sure the uses are very diverse. Will it be long before we have thought police acting before an actual crime occurs?

    http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/19/op...ming.html?_r=2

Hopefully we will employ the false memory technology to the point that people who are innocent won't be jailed and people like politicians are vetted before taking on the run for office - you can probably think of some good applications. How about using it before getting married or signing important contracts? We could almost do away with lawyers and courts would not be backed up and cost us an arm and a leg. No - that kind of thing won't happen because people won't demand it or make plans to run our society with ethics.

I know the legal profession does not want to see the neurosciences being used to do their job.

    "John Danaher

There has been much fascination in recent years with the potential legal implications of discoveries and technologies in the neurosciences. One example of this fascination relates to the development of technologies for brain-based lie detection. There has also, in recent years, been a Law Reform debate concerning the appropriate test that should be applied when deciding which kinds of scientific evidence should be admitted to Irish courts. It has been argued, in particular, that Irish courts should begin to employ a
Daubert-style reliability test when admitting scientific evidence. This article addresses the appropriateness of such reliability tests, along with the potential forensic uses of neuroscientific technologies, by analysing and drawing lessons from a recent US decision dealing with the admissibility of brain-based lie detection evidence.

    1. Introduction

This article sets out to kill two birds with the one stone. The first “bird” is the potential legal impact of recent developments in the neurosciences. The second “bird” is the need for some sort of formal reliability test when it comes to the admissibility of scientific evidence in Irish courts. The “stone” is an analysis of the recent American case of

U.S. v Semrau which dealt with both of these issues.

As regards the potential legal impact of the neurosciences, a superficial glance at the academic literature reveals a growing fascination with this topic. Societies have been formed, journals have been founded, projects have been undertaken and articles have been written, all exploring the legal and ethical issues arising from new brain-scanning technologies, cognitive enhancers and the like.

One particularly interesting and pressing example of the legal impact of neuroscience comes from brain-based lie-detectors. These are explained in more detail later in this article. The basic idea behind these detectors is that modern brain-scanning technologies can be used to determine whether someone is lying or telling the truth. The concept has been around for some time, but in recent years two US-based companies have been set up and have begun offering this technology for forensic uses. One of those companies—Cephos Corporation—had their..."

Does a life have meaning if it leaves a better world rather than evidences of ego and needs for power over others? Is love something real and soulful or is it a pact between weak people seeking to support selfish goals? What religion or educational environment teaches how to parent for maximization of human potential and how to grow closer to the oneness of all consciousness in a collective or World Mind? Will the new technologies demonstrated in the series Futurescape actually bring this World Mind into the governance of all resources and people?

There are a lot of good ideas worth considering in this site. I say they do not fully know history and yet I could agree they know the recent history of a not new world order which has duped and enslaved people for about 5,000 years in most of this world. There have been large areas of the world that were largely meritocratic and even more empowering of the individual than they appear to be. But I think they are on the right track, as they say we need:

"A New Politics - The Replacement of Democracy by Meritocracy.

A New Economics - The Replacement of Predatory Free-Market Capitalism with Productive Social Capitalism.

A New Religion - The Replacement of the old, failed and false Mythos religions by the world's only rational Logos religion: the religion of ontological mathematics that delivers a dialectical metamorphosis (via mathematical optimization) of all human beings into gods.

A New Social Order - The Replacement, through 100% Inheritance Tax and the abolition of all means for private individuals to pass on overwhelming financial advantages and privileges to other private individuals (family members) at the expense of the Commonwealth, of the Dynastic Family Elites that rule the world. Any transaction between private individuals that involves a vast transfer of wealth which allows unelected, unaccountable people to wield decisive influence over the Commonwealth is a subversion of the Commonwealth, and the precise means by which the 1% have come to rule the 99%. Anyone who is on the side of the people must oppose private inheritance. If you support inheritance, you are a supporter of the dynastic elites, a traitor to, and an enemy of, the people. You believe that people should get something for nothing, that people should be rewarded not for their own efforts but for those of others (their parents). You believe in parasitism and rewarding failures, incompetents, people with no backbone who can't stand up for themselves and make their own way in life. No one who accepts an inheritance has any self-respect, or is worthy of any respect. They are family versions of welfare scroungers, taking money for nothing.

A New Dispensation: The World must be Rebooted. The only way to reboot it is to bring to an end the control of the vast bulk of the world's assets by a tiny private elite who stand outside the political process and yet completely dominate that process. Capitalist Democracy has nothing to do with democracy and everything to do with the capitalist control of the people. In other words, capitalist democracy is rule by rich capitalist oligarchs. The ancient Athenians invented democracy precisely to overthrow such people. They would be spinning in their graves if they could see what "democracy" now is - rule by the super rich cynically and wickedly being presented as rule by the people. Capitalist democracy is the biggest con since Abrahamism, the other primary means for deceiving and enslaving the people.

A New Science - The replacement of Scientific Materialism by Ontological Mathematics.

What is ontological mathematics? Mathematics is not a human construct like the English language. It's the language of existence itself and is a precondition for human life. Human beings don't invent mathematics, they tune into it, they discover it, they are everywhere immersed in it. We exist in a cosmic ocean of mathematics.

Mathematics, ontologically, is energy - precise mathematical energy defined by analytic sine and cosine waves. These constitute the ultimate dynamic information system.

Energy comes in specific bundles known as monads. There are countless monads, and each of them is an uncaused, uncreated, autonomous, immortal, indestructible information system - a soul! A soul is a 100% mathematical entity. It's a pure sine and cosine energy system. It's a self-optimizing information system.

A soul is both an object and a subject. To other souls, each soul is an object. To itself, a soul is a subject. It subjectively experiences information. A computer - a human mathematical construct - processes information but does not experience it (because a computer is not alive). A monad is an eternal, natural, living, mathematical entity. It not only receives, generates and processes information, it also experiences all of that information. It senses it and feels it, and it seeks to optimize it - ultimately to solve its own inner equation and become God.

The Old World Order has utterly failed. It's time for the New World Order. Anyone who opposes a new way of doing things is a conservative, a reactionary, a counter-revolutionary, and a friend and ally of the ruling elites. The current world is designed in their image. If you want a new image that reflects you, you must support the Meritocratic New World Order that ends inheritance, nepotism, cronyism, privilege and "who you know" and replaces these with talent, "what you know" and "what you can do".

Free-Market Capitalism - rule by the rich (by the 1%).
Abrahamism - rule by the Devil (a "God" that orders fathers to perform human sacrifice on their sons as a "test").
Democracy - Dumbocracy: rule by dumb asses.
Freedom - Freedumb to be the slaves of the Devil and the rich capitalists."

Updating the state of machine enhancements for the brain as well as some minor comments on ethical issues related thereto. Ask yourself if some government bureaucrats are already using the technology on the so-called insane such as the CIA was proven (in court) to have done decades ago at McGill University's Douglas Institute. Don't forget Persinger was funded by the Defense Intelligence Agency just a decade ago.

"So will brain enhancement devices ever go mainstream? And if they become powerful enough, could they conceivably lead to a “Transcendence”-type scenario, in which the line irreversibly blurs between human intelligence and machine intelligence? Nick Bostrom, director of the Oxford Martin Programme on the Impacts of Future Technology, has actually considered the potential implications of the film’s central plot line, suggesting that the ability to upload Johnny Depp’s brain most likely won’t happen anytime before 2045. By that time, no doubt, we’ll all be walking around with electromagnetic transmitters and neurofeedback mechanisms attached to our brains, and won’t even notice when human-level machine intelligence finally becomes possible."

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...ement-devices/

You really MUST read all of this article to see how bad things have gotten in our world. Ritalin is just one way the bureaucrats, drug lobbies and the perverse de-population types are paving the way for total control or a Matrix. It has not gotten better and it is getting worse.

"From a societal viewpoint, the findings can be summed up this way: Increased treatment led to more unhappiness and depression, worsening relationships with parents, and a decline in educational outcomes. The increased prescribing of stimulants took a toll on Quebec society, in the form of worsening outcomes for children diagnosed with ADHD.

This study is a valuable addition to the long-term outcomes literature for ADHD. We already had the MTA study, funded by the NIMH, which failed to find that stimulants provided a long-term benefit on any domain of functioning. We already had a ten-year study by Western Australia, which failed to find any long-term benefit. Now we have this new Canadian study. The “evidence base” for long-term outcomes with stimulants is becoming ever more robust, and thus we come to the very question that I raised at the Vatican conference: If the drugs do not provide any long-term benefit, and we know they can cause adverse effects, then, over the long-term, isn’t this a story of harm being done?

The answer to that question, of course, is yes. And given that we are talking about a medical practice that is affecting so many children in the U.S. and around the world, if research is indeed showing a lack of long-term benefit (and thus of harm), then such findings need to be publicized. This is a pursuit of profound moral dimensions, and yet, having come back home from the Vatican conference, which I attended with such high hopes, I now see it more than ever as a task that is so very difficult to achieve."

Another brother of mine responded to just one article (the above one) from my threads on Ritalin and ECT use. We exchanged a few e-mails and this is my last reply to him.

Your point about sugar is indeed a serious issue. Thirty years ago futurists said sugar would be viewed as a past epidemic 50 years forward. Those futurists had no idea what kind of horror show is at work.

The number one issue still remains ethics void of questioning. There are societal mandates against thinking due to worse than 'born-again' attitudes of mendacity about CycleS (!) of Violence targeting babies, women, mental issue alienation, aboriginals through Manifest Destiny, mind control through machines, laws against citizen involved action (Patriot Act II diminished class action suits such as Breggins against the AMA, pharms and psychiatry) etc.

There are no plans except a fall back option to de-pop - BIG TIME! See Georgia Guideposts. Or you could say what is shown in Futurescape will be THE Plan, to use humans in a Matrix.

Do you think that modern humans are as good as shamans from over a hundred thousand years ago who lived in nature and attuned with it far more than we do?

    http://www.i-sis.org.uk/How_mind_cha...meditation.php

The following quote from the above link would seem to provide a possible genetic science might have developed through sex of a spiritually attuned people (Bhakti or Nyaya etc.).

"The first study that used gene expression profiles to probe the effects of meditative practices was small but in-depth. The neutrophils (one kind of white blood cells) of 5 Asian Qigong practitioners were compared with 6 healthy Asian controls [3]. The Qigong group had practiced for at least a year consisting of a cognitive component in addition to exercise that lasted 1 to 2 h daily. Gene expression profiles were examined with microarrays for about 12 000 genes. Among them 250 genes were consistently different between the Qigong and the control groups with 132 down-regulated and 118 up regulated. Among the differentially expressed genes, the down-regulated include genes related to the ubiquitin degradation pathway (for breaking down proteins), as well as genes encoding ribosomal proteins. Cellular stress response genes were generally down regulated in Qigong practitioners compared with controls, but the expression of two heat shock proteins were increased. Expression of genes related to immunity was also increased in the Qigong groups, such as interferon gamma (IFN-g) and IFN-related and IFN-regulated genes (involved in fighting viral infections). In an in vitro assay, the neutrophils from Qigong practitioners had increased bacteriocidal activity. Furthermore, the lifespan of normal neutrophils was increased while that of inflammatory neutrophils was decreased through apoptosis.

A second study was particularly interesting. It evaluated gene expression changes triggered by the ‘relaxation response’ (RR), characterized by decreased oxygen consumption, increased exhaled nitric oxide and reduced psychological distress [4]. The practices were quite diverse, ranging from vipassana or insight meditation, mantra meditation, and transcendental meditation, to breath focus, Kripalu or Kundalini yoga, and repetitive prayer. The study included 19 long-term (average 9.4 years of practice) RR practitioners (group M) and 20 healthy controls tested at baseline (group N1) who underwent 8 weeks of training in guided relaxation techniques and tested again (group N2). Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC, all blood cells having a round nucleus) were isolated and global transcriptome (totality of transcripts) profiles were determined using microarrays that could probe 47 000 genes and gene variants.

A total of 2 209 genes were differentially expressed between Group M and N1: 1 275 up and 945 down-regulated. Between Groups M and N2, 1 504 genes were differentially expressed: 774 up- and 730 down-regulated. Between N1 and N2, 1 562 genes were differentially expressed: 874 up- and 687 down-regulated. Interestingly, 595 genes were differentially expressed specifically in Group M, suggesting that long term practitioners of RR gives a distinct expression profile. Similarly, 428 genes were shared between the short and long term RR groups (N2 and M), but not with the controls N1 group. The type of genes differentially expressed suggested to the authors that gene expression changes in the M and N2 groups might indicate a greater capacity to respond to oxidative stress and associated detrimental effects. And it matters little which RR technique is practised.

The third study investigated changes in gene expression by Sudarshan Kriya (a kind of yoga) and associated practice [5]. It included 42 practitioners and 42 healthy normal controls. RNA was isolated from PBMC and subjected to Reverse Transcription –PCR analysis with a focus on genes involved in oxidative stress, DNA damage, cell cycle control, aging and apoptosis. In parallel, the blood drawn was assayed for glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione levels. Consistent with a previous study, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities and glutathione levels were higher in practitioners compared with controls. Consistent with those findings, glutathione S-transferase mRNA was also significantly higher in practitioners compared with controls. Although not statistically significant, similar increases were found in the antioxidant genes Cu-Zn and Mn SOD (superoxide dismutase), glutathione perioxidase, and catalase. In addition, expression of the anti-apoptotic gene COX-2 and stress response gene HSP-70 were significantly increased in the practitioners. Thus the authors suggested that the meditative practice might result in a better antioxidant status, at least in part, by changes in the expression of the relevant genes, which may translate to better response to environmental stress.

All three studies suggest that yogi meditative practice give rise to gene expression changes consistent with improved response to environmental stress: improved survival of immune cells, improved antioxidant status "

If you accept the premise that healers do what they say they do and what FRMISpect and heat-mapping machines show occurring when testing healer's brain functioning (see Hank Wesselman); then you can imagine how self-healing and anti-aging can occur for old adepts as reported by Blofeld and Gurdjieff (Other threads). More importantly you will understand how it is possible to affect the World Mind or collective unconscious. Unfortunately you will also understand how machines will be able to affect the World Mind when an extreme element desires to make something they think we need.

Stem cell research is a major part of future medical solutions which can target disease or be used in anti-aging treatments. The latter may prove unnecessary if the Japanese team who have succeeded in identifying a genetic on/off switch to restore youthful genetic functioning becomes available for humans. IF (when is more correct) we live far longer and become wiser as we age, the attunement potential of any seeker of knowledge will be far greater. I am a freak and I have pursued knowledge for over fifty-five years but in all honesty other things were uppermost and ego was a part of these pursuits for forty of those years. Soon I will lose my ability and desire to explore these things. If a switch turned me genetically younger for just another century it is not difficult for me to imagine I would be wiser than any man who ever walked the face of the Earth.

    "Current research: blood diseases

A major limitation of cord blood transplantation is that the blood obtained from a single umbilical cord does not contain as many haematopoeitic stem cells as a bone marrow donation. Scientists believe this is the main reason that treating adult patients with cord blood is so difficult: adults are larger and need more HSCs than children. A transplant containing too few HSCs may fail or could lead to slow formation of new blood in the body in the early days after transplantation. This serious complication has been partially overcome by transplanting blood from two umbilical cords into larger children and adults. Some researchers have also tried to increase the total number of HSCs obtained from each umbilical cord by collecting additional blood from the placenta. Neither solution is entirely satisfactory.

Much research is focused on trying to increase the number of HSCs that can be obtained from one cord blood sample by growing and multiplying the cells in the laboratory. This is known as “ex vivo expansion”. Several preliminary clinical trials using this technique are underway. The results so far are mixed: some results suggest that ex vivo expansion reduces the time taken for new blood cells to appear in the body after transplantation; however, adult patients still appear to need blood from two umbilical cords. More research is needed to understand whether there is a real benefit for patients, and this approach has yet to be approved for routine clinical use.

    Current research: other diseases

Several research teams have reported studies in animals suggesting that cord blood can repair tissues other than blood, in diseases ranging from heart attacks to strokes. These findings are controversial: scientists often cannot reproduce such results and it is not clear HOW cord blood may be having such effects. When beneficial effects are observed they may be very slight and not significant enough.... If there are positive effects, they might be explained not by cord blood cells making nerve or heart cells, but by the cells in the cord blood releasing substances that help the body repair damage.

Current research aims to answer these questions in order to establish whether safe and effective treatments for non-blood diseases could be developed in the future using cord blood. An early clinical trial investigating cord blood treatment of childhood type 1 diabetes was unsuccessful. Other very early stage clinical trials are now exploring the use of cord blood transplants to treat children with brain disorders such as cerebral palsy or traumatic brain injury. However, such trials have not yet shown any positive effects and most scientists believe much more laboratory research is needed to understand how cord blood cells behave and whether they may be useful in these kinds of treatments

    The future

Experts believe that umbilical cord blood is an important source of blood stem cells and expect that its full potential for treatment of blood disorders is yet to be revealed. Other types of stem cell such as induced pluripotent stem cells may prove to be better suited to treating non-blood-related diseases, but this question can only be answered by further research."

This article overlooks some very important facts. Musk just got a major infusion of money by Google into his SpaceX project. Google has a top executive named Ray Kurzweil who is fully aware of robots and the sentient nature thereof, since the human brain was downloaded on a computer chip in 1999. See Bill Joy's article from Wired Magazine in the first year of this millennium. Google is a lot like the company which was the major threat in Terminator. I like Elon a lot and I share Kurzweil's vision which includes a fully integrated neural net long before Bill Joy said it would happen (2035). But I must be aware that circumstances and contingency planning change with time. If society at large does not do something towards managing this planet - the robots will. The only question is - will some elite genetically enhanced homo superiorus people be in control.

"Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk worries about a "Terminator" scenario arising from research into artificial intelligence.

Musk was an early investor in AI firm DeepMind, which was later acquired by Google, and in March made an investment San Francisco-based Vicarious, another company working to improve machine intelligence.

Speaking to US news channel CNBC, Musk explained that his investments were, "not from the standpoint of actually trying to make any investment return… I like to just keep an eye on what's going on with artificial intelligence. I think there is potentially a dangerous outcome there."

"There have been movies about this, you know, like Terminator," Musk continued. "There are some scary outcomes. And we should try to make sure the outcomes are good, not bad."

Musk made his fortune as the co-founder of X.com, one of the companies which would eventually become PayPal, and in June 2002 co-founded SpaceX, which would go on to become the first private company to put a satellite into earth orbit. He is now best-known as the co-founder of Tesla Motors, the electronic car manufacturer.

In March 2014, he invested in Vicarious, alongside Mark Zuckerberg and actor Ashton Kutcher. The company's aim is to build a neural network capable of replicating the part of the brain that controls vision, body movement and language. It's ultimate aim is to build a "computer that thinks like a person,” according to the company's co-founder Scott Phoenix says, “except it doesn’t have to eat or sleep"."

I have no doubt AI and epigenetics and a whole host of integrated systems including Holography or Virtual Reality will get to where they are headed. Question is, does anyone care to make a plan for us redundant lifeforms?

    http://alpha.tmit.bme.hu/speech/docs...leepThesis.pdf

We can (!) re-distribute the ego's needs for honor that lead to the structures of Mediterranean patronage or cronyism. We do not need to read good anthropologists like John Davis in order to know what still runs everything around us. Please do not simply respond to my effort as if I am a mere and simple 'conspiracy theorist'. Those who call me that kind of thing are often weak-willed sycophants or just the thing people see when they look in the mirror; if they have not studied what is possible and why things are the way they are. Put another way - in the words of the scholar Peristiany: "The punctiliousness of honour must be referred to the code of an exclusive and agonistic microsociety; that of honesty to an inclusive, egalitarian macrosociety." Let us work together and end this ideology of gloom that insists humans can be no more than the 'beast with red cheeks' or some other object Machiavellians and politicos merely 'manage' as if we are 'money-trees'.

It should be obvious that the 'spin' I will put to the facts exists just as it does with any other writer. You may consider me a Utopian in the typology of Bryan Wilson or as one who "... 'presumes' some divinely given principles 'of reconstruction,... more radical than the reformist alternative, but unlike the revolutionist option, insists much more on the role human beings must take in the process'..." (2)

Most people will say what I suggest here shortly is impossible. They could be correct and yet if they watch Futurescape they will see technology allows use of the World Mind. And many top scientists are beginning to see very little is impossible.

The esoteric word in the scientific proofing this month that the brain is part of the lymph (psychic points) system, was a very deep and good term, which means formerly science had no reason to examine things like soul and our attunement ability. That too will take time, and an even longer time for us to attune with the Vortex Energies that were once more connected through the worldwide megaliths. I am just happy to see these things coming to pass. Gravitational Wave Theory could add so much. Maybe we could even learn to THINK away the temperature rise that will cause the water levels to rise.

Legend has it that a Stele brought to the Miami Planetarium when I was living there forty years ago, was a functioning energy conduit to save Earth. It had been used to keep an ancient comet or moon headed at Earth from colliding with us for a thousand years. I was the only individual there when it was taken off the truck even though it had been announced in the media. I told the employees of the Planetarium what it and it's magnetic properties were for. They thought I was crazy, and had no interest in learning how our energy can attune to other energy.

It is exciting to see how much robots could do to help humans if we had a plan.

"Named Hadrian (after Hadrian's Wall in the UK), the robot has a top laying speed of 1,000 bricks per hour, which works out as the equivalent of about 150 homes a year. Of course there's no need for the machine to sleep, eat or take tea breaks either, giving it another advantage over manual laborers.

At the heart of Hadrian is a 28 m (92 ft) articulated telescopic boom. Though mounted on an excavator in the photo below, the finished version will sit on a truck, allowing it easier movement from place to place. The robot brick-layer uses information fed from a 3D CAD representation of the home for brick placement, with mortar or adhesive delivered under pressure to the head of the boom."

A friend just sent me this. It is something we have discussed would happen and part of why Jacob's Ladder and the Manchurian Candidate movies are prophetic. Golems were used a couple of millennia ago, and maybe far longer ago what Gene Steinberg is calling hybids were fact. I say it is likely true but it was not extraterrestrial in origin (except by attunement perhaps). It was the DNN. I will post another massive thread on that someday soon.

Britain prepared to develop 'killer robots'... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...ster-says.html

Killer robots a small step away and must be outlawed, says top UN official... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...-official.html

I like how they call for a world wide ban, but say Britain reserves the right to have them to defend their troops in the field... LOL.

Rest assured that when you are sitting around doing nothing the government continues to prepare for every eventuality. The data collected by new technologies including remote wireless implants such as Persinger's God Helmet technology can do without your knowledge is only part of the plan or contingency plan. You can thank your lucky stars that you have a government which was so completely ready for the 9-11 attacks that they already had the Patriot Act ready to put in operation. The Gestapo never had it so good - they had to rely on citizen snitches, to keep them busy. Are you happy to see your taxes spent so eagerly by those who watch over you?

This kind of thing will prevent future classroom serial killers who are upset and alienated by intrusive government and religious oppression throughout history - OR WILL IT lead to more young people thinking why put up with this stuff and idly accept such a life?

"In fact, James Clapper, the current director of national intelligence, has been a frequent keynote speaker at GEOINT conferences. Before famously lying to Congress on the existence of domestic NSA surveillance, Clapper was even the director of national geospatial intelligence agency.

“Activity Based Surveillance, built on a strong foundation of Human Dimension analysis, will form the intellectual underpinning of how we perform intelligence in the future,” Clapper said in 2009."

Should citizens of the world ever try to adjust the Westphalian Order which gave nations the Divine Rights of Nobility during the Dark Ages - you can rest assured they are ready for us.
