The present technological threat is built upon past political and religious threats or it is an outgrowth of either side of the Dialectic.

If we change the ethics of our past we have a chance to avoid the negative aspects of the threat - and yet Musk and Gates are not raising that issue.

The degree of manipulation you know about is directly related to the amount of what you think about. Thinking is not a skill you learn in school and presumably your parents were too busy to teach you even if they knew what was going on - which would make them very unusual.

There is no black and white boogeyman but both sides of every issue are managed and considered with resultant contingencies generated when necessary. The politicians are not all that capable of deciding what is needed and they listen to the bureaucrats who are supported and trained by think tanks or outgrowths of the Rhodes Round Tables and banker's monies. So WHAT?

Some people think it is bad to make plans for the future and hope their g-d will bring them Rapture - which is a racist ideology as you should know. Others including Ted Turner actually say what they want - and that is refreshing but scary too.

We must evaluate the extent of lies from all quarters if we are to evaluate the Huxley's. Obviously by the very fact that they were related to THE Huxley in the Huxley-Wilberforce debates which put Christianity on the defensive to an extent it had to drop the creationist argument in most places and even consider the Pope might not be infallible and other lesser adaptations it waffles about such as Vatican II.

I can assure you Stanford Research Institute is totally into mind control of any and all kinds. I have raised concerns about Esalen having this kind of involvement in social engineering. Aldous and others at Esalen provided what I consider to be a leading edge breeding ground for the ecumenical wisdom all religions must eventually get behind or life on Earth is in grave danger of an Armageddon type event that many lifeforms will not recover from.

That does not mean I like Tavistock's involvement in the World Health Organization founding and support for drug pushing psychiatrists who do not study chemistry enough to know the damage done - especially when used in concert with any other form of natural and unnatural chemicals. I can tell you much of what you will read in the link that follows is true. That does not mean I agree with any of it's conclusions or fear-mongering. The Church of Scientology through Crowley and Jack Parsons is part of what happened, The kids who shot up the movie theatre in Colorado a few years ago were the children of a SRI mind control scientists who might even have used his own as guinea pigs (Not as bad as what B. F. Skinner did probably). The occult has lots of uses inside Churches other than Scientology as I have proven in many places so waving that flag around as if some devil is at work does not make any sense for me.

"The high priest for Britain's Opium War was Aldous Huxley, the grandson of Thomas H. Huxley, a founder of the Rhodes Roundtable group and a lifelong collaborator of Arnold Toynbee. Toynbee himself sat on the RIIA council for nearly fifty years, headed the Research Division of British intelligence throughout World War II, and served as wartime briefing officer of Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Toynbee's "theory" of history, expounded in his twenty-volume History of Western civilization, was that its determining culture has always been the rise and decline of grand imperial dynasties. At the very point that these dynasties—the "thousand year Reich" of the Egyptian pharaohs, the Roman Empire, and the British Empire—succeed in imposing their rule over the entire face of the earth, they tend to decline. Toynbee argued that this decline could be abated if the ruling oligarchy (like that of the British Roundtable) would devote itself to the recruitment and training of an ever-expanding priesthood dedicated to the principles of imperial rule.3

Trained at Toynbee's Oxford, Aldous Huxley was one of the initiates in the "Children of the Sun," a Dionysian cult comprised of the children of Britain's Roundtable elite.4 Among the other initiates were T.S. Eliot, W.H. Auden, Sir Oswald Mosley, and D.H. Lawrence, Huxley's homosexual lover. It was Huxley, furthermore, who would launch the legal battle in the 1950s to have Lawrence's pornographic novel Lady Chatterley's Lover allowed into the United States on the ground that it was a misunderstood "work of art."5

Aldous Huxley, along with his brother Julian, was tutored at Oxford by H.G. Wells, the head of British foreign intelligence during World War I and the spiritual grandfather of the Aquarian Conspiracy. Ferguson accurately sees the counterculture as the realization of what Wells called The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution. The "Open Conspiracy," Wells wrote, "will appear first, I believe, as a conscious organization of intelligent and quite possibly in some cases, wealthy men, as a movement having distinct social and political aims, confessedly ignoring most of the existing apparatus of political control, or using it only as an incidental implement in the stages, a mere movement of a number of people in a certain direction who will presently discover with a sort of surprise the common object toward which they are all moving . . . In all sorts of ways they will be influencing and controlling the apparatus of the ostensible government." 6

What Ferguson left out is that Wells called his conspiracy a "one-world brain" which would function as "a police of the mind." Such books as the Open Conspiracy were for the priesthood itself. But Wells's popular writings (Time Machine, The Island of Dr. Moreau, and so forth), and those of his proteges Aldous Huxley (Brave New World) and George Orwell (1984 and Animal Farm), were written as "mass appeal" organizing documents on behalf of one-world order. Only in the United States are these "science fiction classics" taught in grade school as attacks against fascism.

Under Wells's tutelage, Huxley was first introduced to Aleister Crowley. Crowley was a product of the cultist circle that developed in Britain from the 1860s under the guiding influence of Edward Bulwer-Lytton—who, it will be recalled, was the colonial minister under Lord Palmerston during the Second Opium War. In 1886, Crowley, William Butler Yeats, and several other Bulwer-Lytton proteges formed the Isis-Urania Temple of Hermetic Students of the Golden Dawn. This Isis Cult was organized around the 1877 manuscript Isis Unveiled by Madame Helena Blavatsky, in which the Russian occultist called for the British aristocracy to organize itself into an Isis priesthood.7

The subversive Isis Urania Order of the Golden Dawn is today an international drug ring said to be controlled by the Canadian multi-millionaire, Maurice Strong, who is also a top operative for British Intelligence.

    In 1937, Huxley was sent to the United States, where he remained throughout the period of World War II. Through a Los Angeles contact, Jacob Zeitlin, Huxley and pederast Christopher Isherwood were employed as script writers for MGM, Warner Brothers, and Walt Disney Studios. Hollywood was already dominated by organized crime elements bankrolled and controlled through London. Joseph Kennedy was the frontman {Kennedy was no simple front. He was worse!} for a British consortium that created RKO studios, and "Bugsy" Siegel, the West Coast boss of the Lansky syndicate, was heavily involved in Warner Brothers and MGM. {Scientology moved in when others moved out.}

Huxley founded a nest of Isis cults in southern California and in San Francisco, that consisted exclusively of several hundred deranged worshipers of Isis and other cult gods. Isherwood, during the California period, translated and propagated a number of ancient Zen Buddhist documents, inspiring Zen-mystical cults along the way.8

In effect, Huxley and Isherwood (joined soon afterwards by Thomas Mann and his daughter Elisabeth Mann Borghese) laid the foundations during the late 1930s and the 1940s for the later LSD culture, by recruiting a core of "initiates" into the Isis cults that Huxley's mentors, Bulwer-Lytton, Blavatsky, and Crowley, had constituted while stationed in India."

Bulwer-Lytton was instrumental in the Thule Society which heralded Hitler as the new Messiah after taking part in training him and his father before him. There has always been a push and pull Dialectic - no New World Order. I have identified smaller groups of more advanced people who train the best operatives like Thomas Paine, St. Germain, Jean Lafitte and Thomas Jefferson.

Here is a blast from our past giving us fair warning.

It is a 1958 interview with Aldous Huxley warning people about the technological dangers, long before what we now can see so easily,

The following person used my article to discuss the issues of religion and science in a debate about technology.

    10/22/2011 at 7:02 pm

Through my studies and personal life, I have mixed feelings about technology. On one hand advancements have lead to new helpful creations like pace makers which keeps a human heart beating but then on the other hand, weapons of mass destruction would not be possible without advancements in technology.

I remember are discussion in Communications class about the advantages and disadvantages of technology and someone actually me brought up the subject of cars. Look at all the progress we have made and the type of life we live in now because of what cars offer us. We can now drive 20000 miles to see are loved ones, or work miles away from where we actually live. However, when we look at the outcome of a gasoline consuming world that we have created due to cars. Political unrest is greater, the environment is now looking the weakest it has ever, and there is a greater divide among those who have the ability to have/own a car and those who don’t.

In class we studied Sherry Turkle who wrote the book Alone Together. I agree with her view on technology the most, she stated that we need to realize the tension that technology creates in are lives and that we need to find a balance. Its the unbalance that creates and makes technology negative I believe. And I do agree with Turkle that we need to put it in its place. When I watched her in an interview with Steven Colbert stating that she has seen people text a funerals I was appalled.

Whether one is dystopian or a utopian about technology, that means someone who is cautious about technology and see that it has negative impacts sometimes or utopian who thinks that technology has the potential to solve many of the problems of humanity today.

I’ve learned about the progression and dangers of technology not just from life and my communication class but also last year in religion class when we studied the famous Teilhard de Chardin. Based off of the article by Robert Bruce Baird, in his article Father Teilhard de Chardin, he writes that “Pierre Teilhard de Chardin was a visionary French Jesuit, paleontologist, biologist, and philosopher, who spent the bulk of his life trying to integrate religious experience with natural science, most specifically Christian theology with theories of evolution.” His theories of the mix of chrisitanity and evolution play a role in technology because Father Teilhard de Chardin thought that the next great form in evolution was the “Omega Point” which is a convergence of systems, especially technology. He predicted the change technology would create, thus this new evolution. Which sounds strangly similar to Sherry’s Turkles theory of the “long boom” which is all about how within a 40 year span technology will advance greatly creating this great change. Either way one argues it, the impact of technology is inevitable and I think the positive and negative effects of it are something we will discover with time.

The only reason we will have to implement robot controls in a Matrix or through implants of wireless technology is the extremist element in our society. You do not need to know the people behind the Georgia Guideposts and their philosophy to know this.

How many people would it require to act and cause change? Is it possible for a crowd together in support of true history to get cameras to spread a thought of Brotherhood which we could use the name Jesus to serve as a rallying point? If we did it in the truth of the Jefferson Bible or words from Thomas Paine who not so long ago caused such an uprising without cameras, I think it would work? It is worth a try and there are leaders in every religion who would agree to be interviewed for ecumenicism. We could give Allah and Buddha their due; in truth they all say the same thing.

It might just happen some day, we might throw off the coils of religious indoctrination into Empire and mind controlling terror and torture of our women and children by demons and Armageddon. It also might not, because the entrenched bureaucrats inside the ecclesiastical and other halls called 'just' are in it for their own personal reasons.

Continuing this biased Gnostic account from Kabbalah which is derivative of the much earlier discipline we should pay homage to.

"These teachings of Jewish Gnosticism (coming from Egypt) were so similar to those of Pagan Gnosticism that many Jews claimed that the great Pagan philosophers had originally received their wisdom from Moses. This condition continued into the Middle Ages. The Zohar, believed written by Moses de Leon in 1305 C.E., claimed to draw on the secret teachings of Simeon Ben Yohai, a rabbi of Galilee in the second century C.E., which were in turn said to have been drawn from the hidden wisdom of Moses. The medieval flowering of Kabbalah in the south of France {Cathars are Gnostic and ecumenical - see my books) in the 13th century was inspired by Jewish Gnostic tradition that had somehow survived from the first centuries (G. Scholem, Origins Of The Kabbalah, 1987). This belief encouraged Jews to enthusiastically embrace the philosophy and mythology of the Pagan Gnostics to augment their own tradition, producing a Miarge number of spiritual treatises which synthesized Pagan and Jewish motifs.

The spirituality of the Therapeutae and Essenes is an example of this mixture of Jewish and Pagan Gnosticism. As well as being followers of their own Jewish master Moses, they were also followers of the great Pagan philosopher Pythagoras {The Druid}, whose disciples had set up communities throughout the Mediterranean world. The Jewish historian Josephus informs us that the Essenes are comparable to the Pythagoreans (Josephus, Antiquities of the Jews, 15.371). In creating the Gnostic Jesus Myth these Therapeutae-Essenes drew upon inter-testamental literature which had already been synthesized from Pagan and Jewish mythological motifs. These inter-testamental texts not only echo the Pagan Mysteries but also prefigures Christianity and by so doing forms a bridge between the two. For example motifs that prefigure Christianity are found in the Sibylline Oracles {Druidic priestesses} which look forward to the coming of "the Christ" and the Books of Enoch which anticipate the arrival of the "Son of Man" - a title that will be used to define Jesus in the New Testament.

Philo, himself known as "the Pythagorean" (Josephus, The Jewish War, 2.8.10). Philo, himself a Pythagorean, describes the Therapeutae as practising "the contemplative life", which was a way of describing Pythagoreans (Clement of Alexandria, Clement of Alexandria, 1919, 1.15.72 and 2.19.100). Philo tells us their wisdom stems from Greece and that "this kind exists in many places in the inhabited world". The "contemplative life" is a term used to describe the life lived in the Pythagorean communities.

Following the practice of the Cynic school of Pagan Gnosticism, these Jewish Gnostics called their spiritual tradition simply "the Way" - a term also adopted by the original Christians. "The Way" was a phrase used by Essenes, Cynics, and Christians to describe their faith (A. Ellegard, Jesus: One Hundred Years Before Christ, 1999, p. 167).

Acts 9:2 2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. (KJV)

Answer for yourself: Are these Therapeuate-Essene-Pythagorean-Jews the earliest Christians we read about in the Book of Acts? It sure would appear so!

Partly due to Philo's writings, the fourth-century Christian Literalist historian Eusebius saw so many similarities between the Way of the Therapeutae and the Christian Way that he claimed the Therapeutae were amongst the first followers of Christ.

Answer for yourself: But when did Philo write of these Therapeutae? Before or after Jesus of the New Testament times?

Philo's description of the Therapeutae was written before the time that Jesus is supposed to have been teaching, so Philo is clearly NOT writing about disciples of an historical Jesus or a historical Messiah, as Eusebius believed. Ironically, Eusebius was probably right nevertheless, albeit in an entirely different way from how he intended. The Essenes and Therapeutae did not follow Jesus. They created him!

The idea of some sect "making up" the Jesus myth may seem strange today, but this is because we no longer think of myths in the same way as our ancestors did. To us myths are irrelevant fantasies, but the ancients regarded "myths" as profound allegories encoding mystical teachings. Mythical motifs represented philosophical principles. They were an archetypal vocabulary {Memes are not new!} with which to think. Creating new myths was a way of exploring new ideas.

Reworking old myths and syncretizing them to create new ones was a major preoccupation of the Gnostics. Philo tells us that the Therapeutae were devoted to "philosophizing and interpreting their ancestral scriptures allegorically, for they think that the words of the literal meaning are symbols of a hidden nature which is made plain only by the undermeaning" (Philo, De Sept, 3.4, quoted in W. Kingsland, The Gnosis, 1937, p. 28). Imaginative mythologizing is also what the later Christian Gnostics specialized in. One of their critics condemns them for using "allegorical interpretation" to freely "recompose" Jewish scriptures and "Greek epic mythology" (Epiphanius, Pan., 26.1.4), which are precisely the two sources used to create the myths of Jesus and the Goddess."

There are a heavenly host of insightful articles exploring the basic tenets of Christianity at this site. It is not important that we agree with everything it says or even with each other, we should ACT!

In the millennia before his focus the Gnosis was maintained throughout the Mediterranean in Hermetic teachings by intellectuals who studied Thoth/Hermes or Imhotep/Asklepios (Same system - one Greek - one Roman).

You can enjoy your three car garage and cupola from which you enjoy the domain you have some degree of ownership over. It might be a beautiful sight which all agree is magnificent, sitting in the cupola with your beautiful mistress on the cottage in a region you consider to be where God died before going to a mythical CONstruct; all you want - for a decade more - at most!

If we do not plan for our future or listen to those who make it their business to see how to adapt to our changing circumstances - we are in trouble. I can use more flowery words for what we are in! Even if you are personally enlightened; your life is in danger and you should not fall in love or have children. Our ecological future will not even rise to the level of a true threat if we do not address the economic and religious underpinnings of our nations and laws. When I use the word enlightened I am not talking about a BELIEF - of any kind, manner, woof and warp.

    The Meme or the Machine:

The implanting of memes to form the direction of the mass mind is not new nor is the critiquing and commentary upon it. Globalizing forces have reached out towards a truly Global Village as McLuhan called it. His biographer noted he knew that shadowy and secretive forces were behind a lot of what actually decides our direction as he said if he had fifteen years in control of the media he would rule the world. His publisher decided not to rattle the snakes and decided to pursue more Benjamins or greenbacks with the occult symbology. By not telling the whole truth just as Adam Smith did in his economic treatise called The Wealth of Nations when he avoided discourse on the Physiocrats, our watchdogs or critics have left us a void or to use the current buzzword - we lack transparency. It is not the fault of Benjamin Barber who wrote a masterpiece of analysis which made a real difference for a few weeks ( just as Bill Joy's warning about Robotics, Genetics and Nanotechnological Progress which would make us redundant by 2035. Joy's article in Mar/April 2001 of Wired Magazine also got swallowed up in the burgeoning Twitterverse which seems to have more memes than thinking.

Throughout time there have been access to information issues such as - do people actually read or care to learn after having the joy of learning drummed out of them by churches or parents who know so little about things themselves. Here is Bertrand Russell talking about Mass Psychology which includes religious seers pontificating and being listened to by the great unwashed.

“I think the subject which will be of most importance politically is Mass Psychology... Its importance has been enormously increased by the growth of modern methods of propaganda. Although this science will be diligently studied, it will be rigidly confined to the governing class. The populace will not be allowed to know how its convictions are generated.”

You may think the nuts who believe in Anunnaki Aliens, Armageddon, Jihad, Elohim, a Hollow Earth or Flat Earth have no impact but they constitute the majority of voters. That does not mean their fears expressed about the Powers That Be have no validity whatsoever. But as a world getting less manageable with no true Nation States answerable to people with a transparent plan (See the critique of Barber's Jihad v. McWorld in the above link.) I do think we need more than a Tea Party response, and what I see in the USA is concerning me, but it can't be any worse than the Shrub, you might think. However, the stakes have been raised and we are more interdependent than ever. I am all for a Global Brotherhood of Man but the ethic required seems far away from our real world of the present day.

    The Essence of Malfeasance:

When mankind appoints a person to be in control of any aspect of any part of their lives and it's governance you might expect a sense of accomplishment would come with it. The appointment to be the President of the United States is a major opportunity we are lead to believe. But is it as good an opportunity as being a king or a pope? Would it make a great deal of difference if you knew one of every three American Presidents was targeted for assassination or replacement while in office and another third never got to make any real input to the governing of the nation? I suspect most top people in corporations would hesitate to take such a job if they knew what faced them included no affect on spending for the first four years in office was likely, given the commitments already made, and passed as law. Of course, there are people who would think they can circumvent the legal process and make slush fund allocations which will counter the stranglehold or inertia inside the Beltway. But as a business you would probably agree it really is not the kind of job where you can expect to get things done, that will really show up on a bottom line. Authority is elusive in such an environment, but what about responsibility? If you are going to be called a failure without any chance of success you had better be a politician or liar of some sort and continue running for historical acceptability or a legacy your ego can handle. Your critics cannot as easily be silenced as once was possible. Nixon helped immensely in this regard, by trying to abuse the power of the President.

Thus I say the game is rigged, even without giving examples or discussing how the vetting process and shadow government ensure they get the result they want and make doubly sure with contingencies up to and including assassinations.

"The U.S.A. is not run by its would-be 'democratic' government. All the latter can do is try to adjust to the initiatives already taken by [the] great corporations. Nothing can be more pathetic than the role that has been played by the President of the United States, whose power is approximately zero. Nevertheless, the news media and most over-thirty-years-of-age U.S.A. citizens carry on as if the president had supreme power." - Bucky Fuller

How Does a Good President Win the Game?

Just getting past the vetting process before the primaries used to almost assure the person that they would be the candidate for their party. In most cases that candidate was assured of wealth and status even if he lost. So you can easily see why people like U. S. Grant were 'up for the job', given their financial circumstances. Others under Tammany Hall control or the likes of Harding are akin to puppets in a Banana Republic so they won by getting more than they could get elsewhere. Harding was into young girls and though JFK had great resources he really liked his ladies most of all. Truth be known JFK was the second choice of his corrupt and cruel father, and his wife was the highest paid courtesan this world has ever known. Yes, Camelot had other skeletons to hide and you really do not want to hear them all, starting with the sister who was lobotomized who was going to expose the grand old man who had fleeced Americans in the Crash and somehow got to be the head of the Securities Exchange Commission. His support for Hitler or Fascism went no further than many other great scions who tried to oust FDR, with an armed coup that General Smedley Butler exposed.

Ask yourself why the Kennedy Clan accepted the Warren Commission whitewash followed by another son getting offed? Then ask if JFK Jr. was de-commissioned because he had started to expose the skeletons in his publication called George? Media controls and publicity contests are what dumbocracy has become, and media is not just the printed word or pulpits and blackboards anymore. It includes new and invasive technologies which some day will wirelessly implant thoughts, if not already in process.

“I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country.

As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed.”
    - President Abraham Lincoln, 1865

    If You Want Change?

Will a third political party offer some real change if the elected person can get the supermajority needed to overcome the Electoral College and subsequent bureaucratic melange of top advisors and assistants or department heads who are in cahoots? Jimmy Carter was a good man who discovered how little he could do. Thomas Jefferson understood what was happening from the very beginning so I must quote this great man who abused his slave Sally Hemmings and other things you don't want to hear, which are not on the official Presidential site.

Who are you to argue with Jefferson?

"When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"

Thomas Jefferson wrote a letter to Lafayette in 1823 that went as follows:

"I do not believe with the Rochefoucaults and Montaignes, that fourteen of fifteen men are rogue. I believe a great abatement from that proportion may be made in favor of general honesty. But I have always found that rogues would be uppermost, and I do not know that the proportion is to strong for the higher orders... These set out with stealing the people's good opinion, and then steal from them the right of withdrawing it by contriving laws and associations against the power of the people themselves."

His words about the priesthood are decidedly more aggressive in pointing to the lies and deceits they employ. I personally do not think a person who has not studied and lived the life of Yeshua Bar Joseph or others in his family (David, Solomon etc.) can really believe they are Christian. They are (If they quote the Gospels) actually maintaining the effort of Rome to quash Jesus and create an Empire over all people. Luther called it Popery and most scholars have names like Romanism or Pauline Christianity for it.

""Most men indeed, as well as most sects in religion, think themselves in possession of all truth, and that wherever others differ from them, it is so far error."

Elon using robotics is not an evidence against what he and Hawking (and others) have warned about in reference to military (including personal surveillance which a HAARP official admitted they do when asked about using HAARP to assist in weather alteration) usages. The fact that he uses robots and knows what they can and will do - (How much he knows is not evident) is no indication of his warning being suspect. In fact it supports the real nature of his warning.

"Elon Musk has warned us about robots taking over with the help of AI. He’s even donated money to make sure that it doesn’t happen. However, it sure does seem like Tesla relies on robots quite a bit, even if they’re not being primed to turn the company into Skynet.

At one point this year Musk referred to AI as “summoning the demons.” He says it’s still inevitable, though."

Though this article and website is involved with known frauds like Bielek it does not mean science has not developed these technologies. I know they have, and continue to try to do it to the extent that we saw being discussed by top scientists like Kaku on Futurescape. I have been intimately involved with people in the FRNM and at California places where the research goes on - Stanford Research Institute for one. I have been partners with researchers in Canada who did this work in the 1960s, and I have some experience with military personnel who confirm many things including what you saw in movies like Jacob's Ladder, Conspiracy Theory and the Manchurian Candidate. The US had the jump on Russia despite the official story line. I suspect the non-lethal weapons used in space which Putin had issue with for a couple of years in SALT negotiations (see Dennis Kucinich of the US Armed Service Senate Committee) lead to a sharing of technology which is now ready in space and only requires completion of the Omega Stations on Earth to make a net for wireless implanting of thoughts or brainwashing. I have covered the matter in much detail here and elsewhere. I am not averse to this use of technology if we cannot address extremism any other way. The terrorists in the Islamic cults probably can address the effects of this technology as well - so I am not sure it will work on them.

[He] coined the term "Biofusion" to cover his plans to map and manipulate [the brain] leading to advances in ...national security... and ...would be able to convert thoughts into computer commands by deciphering the brain's electrical activity. BioFusion would reveal the fingerprints of the brain by using mathematical models, [Smirnov's computer program uses mathematical models also]. It sound crazy,...The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, ...have all awarded...research contracts to Norseen. Norseen is waiting to hear if the second stage of these contracts-portions of them classified- comes through. Norseen's theories are grounded in current science. ...By MRI [Magnetic Resonant Imaging], scientists can tell what the person was doing at the time of the recording...Emotions from love to hate can be recognized from the brain's electrical activity. ...Norseen predicts profiling by brain print will be in place by 2005. ...Norseen would like to draw upon Russian brain-mimicking software and American brain -mapping breakthroughs to allow that communication to take place in a less invasive way. A modified helmet could record a pilot's brainwaves. 'When you say right 090 degrees...the computer would see that electrical pattern in the brain and turn the plane 090 degrees. If the pilot misheard instructions to turn 090 degrees and was thinking "080 degrees," the helmet would detect the error, then inject the right number via electromagnetic waves.'"

The integrative mind is a terrible thing to have wasted.

"I AM (YHVH) the God of Hellfire... and I bring you FIRE!!!"

It is a Crazy World as Arthur Brown knew and sang when I was growing up.

A book published in 2012 seems to still be bogged down with materialistic dualism debates reminiscent of Cartesian logic. This book contends there never was a reason to believe in a spiritual consciousness in any part of the debate. It is reminiscent of debates I have had with engineers as long as I can remember. Reductivist gradualism has no reality in consciousness studies as I see it and Professor of Microbiology Harold Morowitz made this clear in covering the thoughts of Nobel Laureates in every hard science in his work titled Re-discovering the Mind which proved my contentions in 1981 at York University, Canada's top business school where I sat on the Master's Program Committee and took over my Organizational Behaviour class one evening.

The whole book is available at this link.

You may not immediately see the connection between an ideal which has existed in metaphysics about a World Mind or Animus Mundi and the robot sentience we are about to "merge with" as Ray Kurzweil (VP of Google science aka Skynet) puts it. But if you have experience with psychotropic drugs like LSD, which has recently been scientifically vindicated, or know someone who has been consciously able to astrally travel and be inside the mind of those you love or have loved (Sartre said "Love is absent space") - allow yourself to spitball an absurd afternoon of 'tripping the light fantastic". My Nevada license plates in 1994 or thereabouts had Animund on them. I went with Baird on those plates for a couple of years, and if you 'know' what a Baird is, you would really be unusual.

I have not done these drugs but that was because the people I knew who did them were telling me things I already did, and I thought it might send me over the edge. That was when I was a teenager and LSD was targeted by repressive ideologues despite it having already proved it was the most effective therapy to stop addictions. In my twenties I was involved with people inside the mind researches at the Federation for Research on the Nature of Man , J. B. Rhine Institute, Hartford Institute of Living and Stanford Research Institute (SRI). I attended the geodesic dome home of the head of the then named Psychical Research Foundation in North Carolina, near Durham. I spent an hour talking with a top researcher from Scotland who would have loved to get my girlfriend to be part of his research. He said she was a top six ESPER, in the whole world. He said some nice things about me, as well. All right, enough is enough - you say. Yes, I am weird and I am not promoting the abuse of psychoactive drugs such as psychiatry does and somehow I am having discussions about robot sentience being akin to consciousness such as live entities experience it.

I also explain how Firewalking works so you do not have to pay over $100,000 to Tony Robbins and spend a week intensively being programmed by him or his cadre. But that only starts such a discussion. Yes, the fire (the major causative alchemical agent) is a release of wood consciousness and it can be taken in for the participant to heal him or her self. Mr. Kurzweil has Tony in his movie on the future Singularity we are approaching, or I would not be mentioning Tony Robbins. There are far more impressive things in reality which trump the world of 'seems to be' and so-called logic. You might want to look up my article My Father Who Art in Heaven and read a confrontation of a semester long nature with my Logic Professor when I was approaching age thirty. It centered on a saying attributed to the mythical Jesus "He who is least selfish is most SELFish". Despite having gotten his doctorate with a thesis paper on do-gooders this man and his thesis advisors had never considered the soul or afterlife as worthy of contemplation. Here is Ray responding to a sixteen year old girl from Israel, about the rights of robots in the future.

    "Dear Noga,

Thanks for your thoughtful message and questions.

I’ll send you a movie I made in which an avatar (an artificial intelligence) named Ramona presses for her legal rights. She is represented by Alan Dershowitz who plays himself. He is a noted civil liberties lawyer in the U.S.

The judge requires her to pass a Turing test and she gets coaching from Tony Robbins (who also pays himself, he’s a noted motivational coach) to learn the secret of being human.

My view of the future is that we will merge with the machines. They are already extensions of ourselves even if most of them are not yet in our bodies and brains.

But technology is shrinking and by the 2030s intelligent machines will be the size of blood cells and we will have millions of nanobots in our bloodstream augmenting our immune system and going into our brain and extending our thinking into the cloud.

The nonbiological portion of our intelligence will rapidly expand exponentially so by the 2040s we will be almost entirely nonbiological.

So we will become the machines.

    Good luck with your course.

movie | The Singularity Is Near: A True Story about the Future"

    Who is weird?

When will you become weird? I wonder if Ray has done LSD? Personally I think our soul is more than Ray or Gary Hillis seem to think. It is not just a matter of deconstructing the brain and dumping it into a computer as was done at SRI in 1999. But I can imagine as the lymph system connection with the brain esoterics reported at the University of Virginia last year ramps up in consciousness studies we will see a quantum leap in many technologies relating to the mind machine interfacing (Check out an old article of mine with that title, which Sharon Weinberger's Washington Post blog once had a decade ago.)

Denial is not a river in Egypt but on the banks of the Nile in the era of the erection of the Great Pyramid of Iesa, humanity already had a collective neural net development program. That is part of what all the megaliths all over the world were able to achieve. Brotherhood is a collective mind or soul potential and Iesa was the title for Brotherhood. It translates as Jesus whereas the historical people with that title such as Yeshua (Joshua) are just students of and participants in this collective mind which can do amazing things including what the Essene Therapeutae of Pythagoras the Druid are still able to do. Theraveda Buddhists have a relationship with fire I might see when I travel to SE Asia at the end of this month. They are part of the Therapeutae knowledge system which predates Abaris and Pythagoras. They might even know or use this knowledge more than I do. I am told they walk in a parade down the streets of Phuket every year in a festival, totally engulfed in fire.

The Bible Narrative with the burning bush is a coded allegory or myth to convey something real. In that story you have Yahweh (YHVH)speaking to Moses (translates as leader - there were many) from the flames without any bush actually being consumed. This spiritual fire can consume all matter when an adept ascends according to many disciplines. You can laugh or cry at the beauty or the naiveté, I chose not to be certain about it except to say there are things I have been part of or have done which include what goes on in these matters. Archaeology has given us a better idea about the burning bush on the top of Mt. Sinai, I think Flinders-Petrie found it at Mt. Serabit and he was directed not to research the 'white powder' he found there - or anything else about that alchemical factory. The people down below saw this burning fire before he came down to give them his Laws or Covenants. Clearly if an aboriginal sun or vision quest can allow such attunements as the myth of the forty days in the desert portrays, then robots or any atomic substance having consciousness is not a stretch.

I have much more scientific support for my ideas about consciousness. If the matter in the computer chips is also self-replicating as Oak Ridges developed from spinach chlorophyll receptors in 1999 I hope you can see that computer chip is a lot like our brain and some kind of co-ordinating process of knowledge can become manifest in the process. If you do not believe in a soul - you will have to wait until the robots are doing more than saying they will put humans in Zoos some day. Yes, a robot said that!

If bio-ram circuits in self replicating robots are a reality soon - as we are told by Kurzweil - then this also will apply.

I say we can heal ourselves and if we learn to address this properly as we grow up it will make our offspring more adept at many things. St. Germain set up schools in Vienna to accentuate these abilities and he never aged a day according to Voltaire - in the 50 years he knew him. That does not mean he was immortal as some fraudsters are out there selling. But Hillis sees himself as an immortal like Data from Star Trek.

There are possible ways to ensure the aggression or stress does not genetically transfer as the following science assures us; if we make love only when we have been stress free, perhaps. Does this mean aggression in our kinks or ways of making love is not good? Would gestation in gravity free environments for a few hours a week help? When does the information get embedded? Clearly our robots will have genetic or information transfer as they replicate.

"A father’s stress may directly affect his son’s health.

In mice, males exposed to repeated psychological stress developed high blood sugar — and so did their unstressed male offspring, researchers report online February 18 in Cell Metabolism. Stress appeared to alter chemical tags on the DNA in a male’s sperm. These epigenetic tweaks were then passed onto male pups, which produced higher levels of blood sugar-generating proteins in their livers than mice sired by unstressed fathers. If the frazzled fathers received daily doses of a drug that blocked stress hormones before mating, their sons’ increased blood sugar was mostly prevented, the team found.

The results call for further exploration of how a father’s experiences or actions — for example, smoking or exposure to toxins — may impact his children’s health, the scientists say."

" Positive liberty is the possibility of acting — or the fact of acting — in such a way as to take control of one's life and realize one's fundamental purposes."

The fundamental purpose of every conscious soul ultimately becomes filling their life (lives if you want to see your role in something collective) with meaning such as RIGHT thought = Right Action. This became the crux of Frankl's work based on his time in Nazi concentration camps and known as Logotherapy. The book is small but powerful medicine - Man's Search for Meaning. I like to think all religions would agree this is Divine Providence but that might require some special motivation like taxing them to get them to agree their scriptures should be interpreted that way, rather than encouraging wars and misogyny or racism.

Elon Musk apparently has a bad memory or else he lies (Bond traders do lie, don't they?), but this report properly says if Musk had been a successful bond trader we might never have benefitted from his great entrepreneurial drive.

"Musk, while an intern at the Bank of Nova Scotia in the 1990s, came up with a trading idea. He calculated that the backstop value of the debt was roughly 50 cents on the dollar, while the debt was trading at 25 cents, according to this version. “This was like the biggest opportunity ever, and nobody seemed to realize it,” Musk regaled. Musk said he called Goldman Sachs, which told him they could sell him $10 billion worth of Brady bonds.

Musk was encouraged by his direct superior to write up his trade proposal, but ultimately, the bank’s CEO didn’t accept it, having been burned on Brazilian and Argentine debt before. Musk was incredulous because the debt was backed by the U.S., so it didn’t matter whether Brazil and Argentina would fulfill their obligations.

“You cannot lose unless you think the U.S. Treasury is going to default,” Musk said. “But they still didn’t do it, and I was stunned.”

Musk said he is comforted by that. “Later in life, as I competed against the banks, I would think back to this moment, and it gave me confidence. All the bankers did was copy what everyone else did,” he was quoted as saying in the book written by Ashlee Vance.

Chris Arnade was at Salomon Brothers at the time, and knows those securities all too well, having built a position at its peak of roughly $5 billion. And he finds several problems with the story. Arnade tweeted out his views on Wednesday and discussed them further with MarketWatch.

For one, the backstop collateral was never worth 50 cents."
