    The Good Neighbor Policy

You have heard about the Monroe Doctrine and maybe about the Roosevelt Corollary (Teddy of Roughrider fame) but it is all morphed into the Organization of American States and a more confused history you will seldom see in the annals of National interest and double-talk. It also was during the era of the United Nations being formed by the same agenda and people. Chief among them we have already addressed - Colonel Edward Mandell House. You cannot talk about House without at least being aware that Jean Lafitte has much to do with him and his slave or KKK issues which also included the whole Caribbean when Lafitte was a spy there. But that too we have addressed in deeper ways than any other - as regards the HOUSE called Maison Rouge and it's blood-soaked history. It is very a propos to my thesis that an author named Russell (Skull and Bones and Opium Wars we have covered) also wrote the book on McKinley an American President who fell under the assassin's touch.

Since we see the USA is almost ready to fully accept Cuban people back into the world that we formerly allowed them to not be worthy of; and tried to make them into a Stone Age economy, I thought more clarity was deserved. Theodore Roosevelt had forced a thug Sergeant Bautista, a man of ill-repute upon the Cubans, and that lead to the justifiable Revolution of two great freedom fighters named Castro and CHE, who were later on supported by Nelson Mandela! You may also want a further historical setting back to the Spanish American War which was even worse for the Philippinos than it was for the Central Americans. There is a good book available and I will quote it's weasel word preface at this moment.

"PERIODICALLY, in the history of every nation there comes a crisis; questions having their small beginnings far back in the past develop to a fruition, the natural result of antecedent events, the legitimate offspring of all that has gone to make up a nation's character and relative position in the world. These questions must be settled sooner or later, in accordance with the demands of progress; {AKA Manifest Destiny and the Monroe Doctrine} they may be softened for a time by diplomacy or obscured by indifference and attention to other affairs, but the inevitable settlement is only postponed, the eventual crisis but gathers new force, and, in time, it must result in bloodshed or a backward step.

Placed as Cuba was, belonging to a nation whose star has been for three centuries setting, close to the shores of a free people, whose course has for more than a century been ever upward, the issue could not be avoided. The war came. This event, like all in history, being inseparably linked with the past, it has seemed to the author that the developing causes were too important to a proper understanding of the conflict to remain unnoticed; and this must be the apology, if any is needed, for the opening pages of this history, dealing not simply with the Spaniard and the Cuban and the reasons for the bitter hatred which grew up between them, but with the part that both Spain and Cuba have played in the Constitutional history of the United States. This long story is replete with many dramatic and romantic incidents, which take on a new color in the light of the war that has closed (iii ) so gloriously for American arms, and which give the conflict its true setting in the history of the world's progress. But, while briefly placing the causes before the reader, no space required for a full narration of the incidents of the war has been sacrificed. Though brief, the conflict has abounded in deeds of heroism, some of them without a parallel in military or naval history, and the character of the American people has been revealed in stronger colors not simply to other nations of the world, but to the Americans themselves. The last vestige of old sectional feeling disappeared in the inspiring unity with which all, North and South, fell in behind the flag; and, as the war closed, our eyes were open to a wider vision, the promise of a grander destiny than we have been wont to consider in store for us. For the war has brought new questions and new responsibilities; in the future are suggestions of new experiences, possibly requiring a new policy. {The parenthesis that follows is the author's.}{The Stars and Stripes now float in the Antilles and over rich islands of the Pacific. ·Whatever comes, it has been shown that the people of the "United States do not shrink in the face of duty to themselves and to humanity."

If you did not get the imperialistic flag-waving bully in all it's romantic, glory and justifying grandeur - please read it again.

We have visited with those issues before too, so let's shine the light a little more into the closet of language and deceit and see what was what. The USA has called all these nations by the phrase "Banana Republics" while the US had it's own assassinations and attempts it was paying and playing the same card in the rest of the Americas. It even perpetrated a coup in Canada (Diefenbaker). Maybe we need a little more on Noriega and the contras or Allende as a backdrop to the larger issue of imperialistic meddling and money-grubbing by the Mafia in casinos alongside what you see in Godfather movies with ITT and actual banana money. Senator Sumner, Elihu Root and other politicos or talking-heads alongside more egregious types including Strom Thurmond and Jesse Helms are all part of the game called democracy but which is something quite different.

The next excerpt from Wikipedia shows us how truly free Americans who had just (supposedly) fought a War to free the slaves actually behaved. You should also check into how the Senator Charles Sumner was caned within an inch of losing his life on the Senate floor while in session. It took him three years of convalescing to resume his duties. You also must know General Grant was run and controlled as were all his bureaucracies - by Tammany Hall.

    "From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Annexation of Santo Domingo

The Annexation of Santo Domingo was an attempted treaty during the later Reconstruction Era, initiated by United States President Ulysses S. Grant in 1869, to annex "Santo Domingo" (as the Dominican Republic was then commonly known) as a United States territory, with the promise of eventual statehood. President Grant feared some European power would take the island in violation of the Monroe Doctrine. He privately thought annexation would be a safety valve for African Americans who were suffering persecution in the US, but he did not include this in his official messages. Grant speculated that the acquisition of Santo Domingo would help bring about the end of slavery in Cuba and elsewhere. Militarily he wanted a US naval port in the Dominican Republic which would also serve as protection for a projected canal across Nicaragua.

In 1869, Grant commissioned his private secretary Orville E. Babcock and Rufus Ingalls to negotiate the treaty of annexation with Dominican president Buenaventura Báez. The annexation process drew controversy: opponents Senator Charles Sumner and Senator Carl Schurz denounced the treaty vehemently, alleging it was made only to enrich private American and island interests and to politically protect Báez. Grant had authorized the US Navy to protect the Dominican Republic from invasion by neighbouring Haiti while the treaty annexation process took place in the US Senate. The movement for annexation appeared to have been widely supported by the inhabitants of the Dominican Republic, according to the plebiscite ordered by Báez, who believed the Dominican Republic had better odds of survival as a US protectorate and could sell a much wider range of goods to the US than could be sold in European markets. The country's unstable history was one of invasion, colonization, and civil strife.

A treaty was drafted by Secretary of State Hamilton Fish that included the annexation of the country itself and the purchase of Samaná Bay for two million American dollars. Also included and supported by Grant was the provision that the Dominican Republic could apply for statehood. When debated in the Senate, Sumner staunchly opposed the treaty, believing the annexation process was corrupt and that the Dominican Republic was politically unstable, having a history of revolution. Sumner believed that Báez was a corrupt despot and that the use of the US Navy by Grant during the treaty negotiation to protect Santo Domingo was illegal. Sumner said that the annexationists wanted the whole island and would also absorb the independent black nation of Haiti. Schurz opposed acquisition because he did not favor mixed race people becoming US citizens.[1] The treaty ultimately failed to reach the two-thirds vote needed (the vote was a tie). In order to vindicate the failed treaty annexation, Grant sent a committee, authorized by Congress and including African American Frederick Douglass, that investigated and produced a report favourable to annexation of the Dominican Republic into the United States.

The annexation treaty failed because there was little support for it outside Grant's circle."

I have laid out a sound thesis of Thomas Jefferson being the biological father of Frederick Douglass in a book titled Tuckahoe Mud. I think Samana Bay is a place I might spend much of my remaining years, but there are other places I favor. I think it was said to be the most beautiful place in the world by Christophe Colon whose name is the origin of the word colonization. Jefferson coached his protégé Monroe on the Doctrine which bears that name. his role in the Not NEW World Order is greatly undersold.

The story is far larger than many authors have caught on to. Most authors writing about the FED or the shadow government and Illuminati are dupes of one form or another. It includes the Delanos in running the Opium Wars as I have shown elsewhere on this site. It is most important to understand how a soul can be "grabbed" and controlled - which I have also described in many places and threads here.

"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson — and I am not wholly excepting the Administration of W.W.* {Wilson - who FDR knew House was in control of along with the very bankers he is referring to.} The country is going through a repetition of Jackson's fight with the Bank of the United States — only on a far bigger and broader basis.

President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to Col. Edward Mandell House, November 21, 1933, F.D.R.: His Personal Letters (New York: Duell, Sloan and Pearce 1950), p. 373.....

Given the long historical association — since the late 18th century — of the Roosevelt and Delano families with New York finance and FDR's own career from 1921 to 1928 as banker and speculator at 120 Broadway and 55 Liberty Street, such a theme should not come as a surprise to the reader. On the other hand, FDR biographers Schlesinger, Davis, Freidel, and otherwise accurate Roosevelt commentators appear to avoid penetrating very far into the recorded and documented links between New York bankers and FDR. We intend to present the facts of the relationship, as recorded in FDR's letter files. These are new facts only in the sense that they have not previously been published; they are readily available in the archives for research, and consideration of this information suggests a reassessment of FDR's role in the history of the 20th century."

There was another man of major importance to America who brought Wilson to the stage. He also was a major league occultist and in fact a Gurdjieffian. His name alone represents his roots. He is Bernard Baruch and that last name tells you he is a Merovingian or from the family of Jesus. They are always found alongside their close confreres the Benjaminites who are given the monopoly on Usury to the point of having a role in the making of the clay tablets that money was under Nebuchadnezzar. Those clay tablets are said to be the first coin of the realm. Guess who re-wrote the Hebrew Bible at this time in the so-called Diaspora? Yep - those very Satrap overlords who were being thrown out of Palestine again, by the people. But history and pulpit-pounders do not tell that part of the truth.

"Bernard Mannes Baruch brought Woodrow Wilson to the Democratic Party headquarters in New York in 1912, 'leading him like one would a poodle on a string.' Woodrow Wilson received an, 'indoctrination course,' from the leaders convened there." - James Perloff

Baruch was involved with FDR in the Oak Island venture with Frank Lloyd Wright who is also a major occult man involved with Gurdjieff who named his estate Taliesin - see thread. FDR appointed them to do the same thing House did after his war, re-construct Europe. And we also find Baruch as the Wartime administrator of purchasing who worked VERY closely with the DuPont family. So closely that he received a fortune from his efforts. Are you seeing why my history is a history never told in the media including schools? But it is no cause for racism against Jews as many sites will be seen doing. It was the Jews who threw them out of Palestine on at least two occasions, despite Chanukah being a celebration of their return. Please read the thread on the Halakah to see what real vampires do to their own kind - or learn about Hitler's Rothschild DNA. But do not think this means any of the elite are evil - it is more complex than that. This site is one of the usual kind which truly is anti-Semitic and stupid. They are the real reason why Satrap overlords and corrupt bureaucrats exist. THEY are the kind who engage in burning books and Cathari rather than studying their true spiritual and soulful composition or what the family of Jesus has tried to teach for thousands of years.

OK - fast forward to the Rio Treaty and how the US never followed it when they felt it was appropriate to play the Russian (red scare - actually military complex set up) card. I will only quote Yeltsin from other threads on this matter. This will take you to the "Bay of Pigs" and another American President who was assassinated in a coup d'état.

    https://books.google.ca/books?id=_Rz...tes%22&f=false

From the thread here titled, Protocols, Russia and The World Cop, we have:

When Boris Yeltsin spoke about an experiment that 'they' wrought upon his Russian 'brethren' on June 1st, 1991; did anyone ask who THEY were? Here is what he said:

"Our country has not been lucky. Indeed, it was decided to carry out this Marxist experiment on us -... Instead of some country in Africa, they began this experiment with us."

Encyclopedia.com brings us these important words and truths.

"The Oxford Companion to American Military History | 2000 | John Whiteclay Chambers II
© The Oxford Companion to American Military History 2000, originally published by Oxford University Press 2000.

Inter‐American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance (1947).

The United States signed the Inter‐American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance—popularly known as the Rio Treaty—with the twenty Latin American nations in 1947 in Brazil. This regional security pact, permitted under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, incorporated the principle that an attack against one was to be considered an attack against all. Signatories would decide by a two‐thirds majority what kind of collective action might be taken against aggression. No nation would be required, however, to use force without its consent. The treaty continued the military cooperation that had characterized inter‐American relations during World War II. The Rio Treaty was also a Cold War pact aimed at the Soviet Union.

In practice, the treaty has been largely invoked, in conjunction with the consultative organs of the Organization of the American States (1948), to resolve intrahemispheric controversies, such as the dispute between Costa Rica and Nicaragua in 1955 or the Dominican Republic's attack on Venezuelan president Rómulo Betancourt in 1960. President John F. Kennedy did cite the Rio Treaty in justifying his quarantine order during the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. But usually when the United States decided that the Soviet Union threatened its hemispheric interests, Washington bypassed the treaty and acted unilaterally, as in Guatemala (1954), Cuba (1961), the Dominican Republic (1965), Chile (1970–73), and Nicaragua (1980s). The United States also refused the request of Latin American nations to invoke the Rio Treaty against Great Britain during the 1982 Anglo‐Argentine war over the Falkland Islands.

Should I research the Dominican buddies of the US who attacked Venezuela and tie that in with the CIA attempted coups in Venezuela under Hugo Chavez and how the situation there has deteriorated to the point of a catastrophe in the making?

Another part of the US Good Neighbor Policy is how they use Canada in a good guy - bad guy game of International Politics. Canada appears very independent and nice, even Canadians talk about bad American ego issues. On the road hitching rides in Europe Americans often put a Canadian flag on their knapsack. I will not rehash the Agent Orange and Depleted Uranium developed in Canada for use in American Wars that despite Canada saying it was not part of (Vietnam) they send their elite units to. But what went on at the Douglas Hospital and Allen Institute of McGill University on MKUltra is something I think you should know. The FBI and CIA were all over Paul Robeson and knew he was scheduled to be in Havana to meet Che and Fidel, and then onto China where the topic of Vietnam would get discussed for the soldiers in Vietnam to listen and learn from. Maybe the secret bases in Laos and Cambodia would be discussed. I had a friend in one of those bases who got injured and sent back to the US. He wanted to get his wife and son out but they would not let him. He went AWOL and tried but never succeeded, when I met him in Toronto (near Lakeshore Mental Hospital which also had the MKUltra program) I tried to get him his US pension.

The FBI and CIA knew Robeson added to Mandela might just make all black people get wise all over the world. It might make it harder to force the black men to do the fighting in Vietnam for example (Muhammed Ali). People like my friend in Canada would have spoken out as well, it was a tough time for war-mongers in the USA media complex. So it is highly likely they pulled out the old Mickey Finn and gave him drugs that would make him appear totally crazy or commit suicide.

"The PBS American Masters documentary on Paul Robeson titled “Here I Stand” surveys the life and work of this great American artist, scholar, and activist. The documentary also examines the question of Robeson’ 1961 suicide attempt. Click the icon above to order the video of this excellent film.

But as bad as that all is, what was going on with the orphans and aboriginals is worse! The Residential Schools settlement did not cover all it should have. The Catholic Church should have paid the whole Court Award and people who are entitled should not have to go to some place they hate to collect what they are due. I know one such person who has not collected for that reason - it brings back bad memories he says.

    http://www.anndiamond.net/could_you_be_one.htm

All over the Americas we have court awards that the church has not made good on, they get to use Bankruptcy laws like Donald Trump. The pedophiles get to avoid paying court awarded damages, and also are still not paying taxes. Some of these cretins are allowed to kidnap and use brainwashing techniques like overt hypnosis, all of them do it to some degree.

What me worry? It is the very best place to live, with total freedom and democratic principles that protects the whole world against bad people everywhere. If you do not believe that just ask ten Americans on any street corner.

Unlike his father Paul Robeson Jr. was a member of the Communist Party. He went to school with Stalin's daughter and when the McCarthy era was long behind the revolting history which US citizens cringe from if they have any morals he returned to help revive his father's image. He died recently.

Inside the shadowy corridors called democratic in places like Boston, and Washington there have been counter-cultures at work since the days of Hamilton and Burr. Many coups have been planned and some have taken place in America as well as in the countries surrounding the USA by the same 'good neighbor' liars. Unfortunately there has been no place on Earth where people could be safe from the deceits. Opium War or World War - the game remains the same.

William Dodd, the US Ambassador to Germany, wrote to President Roosevelt:

"A clique of U.S. industrialists is hell-bent to bring a fascist state to supplant our democratic government and is working closely with the fascist regime in Germany and Italy. I have had plenty of opportunity in my post in Berlin to witness how close some of our American ruling families are to the Nazi regime.... A prominent executive of one of the largest corporations told me point blank that he would be ready to take definitive action to bring fascism into America if President Roosevelt continued his progressive policies. Certain American industrialists had a great deal to do with bringing fascist regimes into being in both Germany and Italy. They extended aid to help Fascism occupy the seat of power, and they are helping to keep it there. Propagandists for fascist groups try to dismiss the fascist scare. We should be aware of the symptoms. When industrialists ignore laws designed for social and economic progress, they will seek recourse to a fascist state when the institutions of our government compel them to comply with the provisions."
