    Globalization - The Hanseatic League

    Aside from the fact that there is a long history of alliances amongst the DNN or root peoples of the Norse Germanic people (See Gimbutas thread) and Naucratis at the mouth of the Nile was a free trade zone in 800 BCE.; this site says the Hanseatic League was the first Globalization experiment. I want to explore the other things going on that created this dominant force in Northern Europe. Was the Templar re-organization part of it? Were their Portolan maps important to it? It started before the Cathars were destroyed, but did Simon de Montfort support this League? Did the end of the Cathar experiment in social governance and freedom for all people of all sexes have anything to do with it. Were there Troubadours in the cultural centers? Was there a secret bank on an island in the Baltic Sea?

    " In order to accomplish more autonomy in regard to the emperor and the empire, some cities in the North of Germany merged in the middle of the 13th century. So called "city alliances" were created and the Hanse (Hanseatic League) was to become the most powerful of all of them. The alliance of merchants in around 200 cities dominated the trade along the coast of Northern Europe. Luxury goods, food and commodities such as furs, wax, grain, fish and timber were exported into the world by the Hanse-merchants. Above all, they brought back cloth, metal goods, weapons and spices.

    The Hanseatic League used to be an important driving force behind progress

    The Hanseatic League made the economy boost and brought a prosperity that was never experienced before. In parallel to the developments of the commercial markets, the financial markets and the first "globalization" began, too. Significant innovations such as division of work, bookkeeping, cashless payment transactions and the postal system date back to the time of the Hanse. In its zenith, the Hanseatic League was so powerful that it imposed blockades against kingdoms and principalities and even waged wars in order to achieve its economical interests. The gorgeous town houses and representative buildings in the three Hanse cities of the Historic Highlights of Germany show quiet impressively the wealth of the merchants.

    Furthermore, colouful festivities such as the Tag der internationalen Hanse (Day of the International Hanse) in Münster remember the zenith of the league. On this day, the Principal Market is turned into a festively decorated table where Westphalian canapés, cold beer and wine are served in a unique setting. Münster's historic gabled houses and its arcades are dedicated to the trade - just like centuries ago. Here, you can have a relaxing stroll through the medieval atmosphere, have a look around and buy the one or the other souvenir.

    In the historic center of Osnabrück, there still exist seven stone houses from the 12th to the 14th century. They have been fully preserved from basement to gable and are thus unique in Germany. The secret: the so called "Steinwerke" (stoneworks), {This is a major clue along with the word guild - Freemasons and their pals the Templars.} including their vaulted roofs, consist of laid stones. In contrast to half timbered houses, they could resist the flames of the regular fires and were perfect storehouses for the merchants of the city.

    High up in the north awaits you the Hanseatic City of Rostock, the "Gateway to Scandinavia". It is here where the Baltic Sea sweeps on the coast and the air smells like salt. What is today a popular destination for international guests of modern cruise ships, used to be the place where the goods of the Hanseatic Cities were shipped into the world. Great profane buildings such as the impressive storehouse and mighty churches evoke the wealth of the Hanse-merchants. Most of the time they are built in the style of the so called "Backsteingotik" (Brick Gothic) with the typical red bricks - a style of architecture that is characteristic for the whole region."

    As suspected there are the connections way beyond just the Baltic. In fact the Hittite or Hatti Stuart Royals make the scene right where the Aeneunati met in the Trojan War era. These are the forerunners of the Bilderbergs who met once a year - on board ships rather than the Rothschild (Benjaminite) Hotels. I see and have mentioned the Nautonnier name heading up the Priory that means something similar to Aeneunati as well. Then you can wrap what Roger of Sicily and the Vikings were doing into the whole scene.

    This may be one of the best illustrations of why a university course teaching a specific history of a country or nation in just one area will miss what really matters. It deserves to be placed with the Catalan thread and the mystery of Columbus and the Borgia intrigue as well.

    In the 17th Century we saw what could be the end of the Hanseatic League but that does not mean members of it and the families or secret societies did not see the benefits of such a community with it's own military and political presence. I believe a new plan was already underway to unite all of Europe in the era of Bonnie Prince Charlie (The matter of where his money came from and the Jacobin to Jacobite confusion.). This when the last Baron Baird set up by Robert the Bruce died at Culloden. He had been the overseer of the Oak Island bank and Francis Bacon had land nearby. I suspect Bacon and the Hibernians or Soc Ros reformed Templars are part of this new plan leading to what St. Germain did and then Napoleon. It had to go through many wars to get to the European Economic Community of the present. What were the likes of the King-maker Catharine de Medicis up to during this volatile new corporate kingship?

    "The Hanseatic League (also known as the Hansa) was an alliance of trading guilds that established and maintained a trade monopoly along the coast of Northern Europe, from the Baltic to the North Sea, during the Late Middle Ages and Early modern period (circa thirteenth–seventeenth centuries). Rival cities cooperated within the League to defend themselves from pirates as well as to compete against larger economic powers. The League is widely regarded as a forerunner of the European Community both as a free trade zone and as an entity that had to balance the interests of the larger polity with the identities and interests of its members on the other.[1][2] For almost four centuries, the League maintained its own military, an exchange mechanism, regulated tariffs and even had a Parliament (Diet, the Hansetage), although this met infrequently. There were also regional and district diets.

    The League aimed to protect trade, which meant that maintaining peace was also a major concern. It sometimes waged war but favored peace. The making of war and peace was discussed in the Diet. Unlike the EU, though, for most of its history the League had no permanent official; it was not until 1556 that Heinrich Suderman was appointed Syndic, (representative).[3]The League's decline has been attributed to increased competition from England, Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden as these states grew more powerful and to social unrest resulting from the Protestant Reformation. By 1648, some Hanseatic towns had fallen to Sweden and merchants had been expelled from Holland. The League, however, was included in the Peace of Westphalia when it was mentioned for the first time in "an official document of the Holy Roman Empire".[3]. On the one hand, the League's prosperity probably did not trickle down to the non-elite of its cities. On the other hand, for much of its history, all citizens enjoyed long periods of peace and stability based almost exclusively on its preference for trade over war. The founding fathers of the European Union were also convinced that trade, resource sharing and economic convergence would prevent war and promote peace. Behind this stand the achievements of the Hanseatic League."

    Whether you believe in the potential of humanity to manage itself or not, the history of the last 5,000 years proves we have failed and our leaders are actually responsible for where we are. So in order to make it possible for humanity to work together things must change. Please read these words by Hitler to see he was carrying out another attempt to globalize or at the very least (And he did say he was tasked to do this.) unify Europe in order to bring it into the Brit-Am conclave attempted in Colonel House's League of Nations. Yes, Woodrow Wilson was a patsy.

    Continuing from Mein Kampf, we have a rather insightful understanding of politics and potential origins of it - and how to form public opinion to gain power, but leaving a place to blame others if the plan does not go a certain direction and still come out ahead.

    "What we mean by the word 'public opinion depends only to the smallest extent on the individual's own experiences or knowledge, and largely on an image, frequently created by a penetrating and persistent sort of so-called 'enlightenment.'

    Just as confessional orientation is the result of education, and religious need, as such, slumbers in the mind of man, so the political opinion of the masses represents only the final result of a sometimes unbelievably tough and thorough belaboring of soul and mind.

    By far the greatest bulk of the political 'education,' which in this case one may rightly define with the word 'propaganda,' is the work of the press. It is the press above all else that carries out this 'work of enlightenment,' thus forming a sort of school for adults. This instruction, however, does not rest in the hand of the State, but partly in the claws of very inferior forces. As a very young man in Vienna, I had the very best opportunity of becoming really acquainted with the owners and spiritual producers of this machine for educating the masses. {Ask how this is true and you will find schools or cults set up by St. Germain.} At the beginning I was astonished how short a time it took this most evil of all the great powers in the State to create a certain opinion, even if this involved complete falsification of the wishes or opinions in the minds of the public. In the course of a few days a ridiculous trifle was turned into an affair of State, whereas, at the same time, problems of vital importance were dropped into general oblivion, or rather were stolen from the minds and the memory of the masses....

    This rabble, however, manufactures more than two-thirds of the so-called 'public' opinion, and out of its foam rises the parliamentary Aphrodite.

    One would have to write volumes to describe this procedure correctly in its entire mendacity and untruthfulness. However, if one leaves this out of account,...

    On the whole, one cannot contradict too sharply the absurd opinion that men of genius are born out of general elections. First, there is only one real ' statesman ' once in a blue moon in one nation {Here we have the opinion well-expressed by Thomas Carlyle who was a protégé of Goethe.} and not a hundred or more at a time; and second, the masses' aversion to every superior genius is an instinctive one. It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than that a great man is 'discovered ' in an election.

    What really stands out of the norm of the great masses generally personally announces its arrival in world history.

    So that it is five hundred men of more than modest competence who vote on the most important concerns of the nation; they appoint governments which, in turn, in each single case and in each special question, have to obtain the consent of the illustrious assembly, and thus politics are actually made by five hundred men.

    And it usually looks like it, too. ...

    Of course, one will now raise the objection that the individual deputy has actually but little understanding for the one or the other matter; that in coming to a decision he is advised by the parliamentary faction as the leader of the policies of the gentlemen in question; that this faction always has its special committees which are more than amply advised by experts.

    At first sight this seems to be correct. Then the question would still be: Why does one elect five hundred if only a few of them have sufficient wisdom to define their attitudes towards the most important matters?

    This, then, was the gist of the matter! [Ja, darinliegt eben des Pudels Kern. A paraphrase of a line in Goethe's Faust.} * {Goethe was a founder of one of many Illuminized groups - the Bavarian Illuminati also included William of Hesse who worked with Mayer Amschel Rothschild who had been given the Templar and Benjaminite monopolies on usury and their spy network by St. Germain de Medicis.}

    It is not the object of our present-day democratic parliamentarianism to form an assembly of wise men, but rather to gather a crowd of mentally dependent ciphers which may be more easily led in certain directions, the more limited the intelligence of the individual. Only thus can parties make politics in the worse sense of the word today. Only thus is it also possible that the actual wirepuller is able to remain cautiously in the background without ever being personally called to account. Because no decision, no matter how detrimental it is to the nation, can now be charged to the account of a rascal who is in the public eye, but it is dumped on the shoulders of an entire faction.... {And he was the outcome or patsy, you can interpret.}

    When after the Great War the House of Habsburg started with utmost determination to root out, slowly but steadily, the dangerous Germanism of the dual monarchy (about whose inner conviction there could be no doubt) for this would mean the end of the policy of Slavization the resistance of this doomed people broke out in a way that the German history of modern times had never known.

    For the first time men with national and patriotic feelings became rebels. {If that is because nations as such had never really existed for long - then it is true; but pride in cultures and propaganda had a long history.}

    Rebels, not against the nation, not against the State as such, but against a form of government which in their
    opinion was bound to lead their own nationality to its doom.

    For the first time in modern German history, traditional dynastic patriotism separated from national love for country and people.

    It was the merit of the Pan-German movement in Austria, during the nineties, that it clearly demonstrated beyond a doubt that a State authority can only demand respect and protection as long as it corresponds to the desires of a nationality and at least does not harm it."

    When you stand back and consider what happened as a starting point for understanding history you are in an advantageous position compared to what the dates and events tale of propaganda will provide.

    You really do not need to know who did what or what some people say about who did it until you know who got the money, land, assets, monopoly or power.

    When you see a document like the Bible give the Benjaminites a monopoly on finances you are off to the races, unfortunately you will have all manner of lies to overcome. The extent of the lies has become clearer with new sciences and tools to analyse the facts. There are many facts in conflict and changes in names or fathering bastards to run part of the show has served the same people well. All of this does not make the Rothschild/Benjaminite/de Medicis continuum into an evil lot. You must actually study to know when they are doing something wrong - and know what options or other plans exist. It is easy to see where average people end up getting screwed or how the Halakah provides a scapegoat for concentration camps and ghettoes to hide the game which is actually at work. Old Otto was no stupid person and his insight caused people to get angry, but what better plan was there - than creating the wars to unite Europe?

    1876: Otto von Bismarck states,

    "The division of the United States into two federations of equal force was decided long before the civil war by the high financial power of Europe. These bankers were afraid that the United States, if they remained in one block and as one nation, would attain economical and financial independence, which would upset their financial domination over the world. The voice of the Rothschilds predominated. They foresaw the tremendous booty if they could substitute two feeble democracies, indebted to the financiers, to the vigorous Republic, confident and self-providing. Therefore they started their emissaries in order to exploit the question of slavery and thus dig an abyss between the two parts of the Republic."

    His statement is a retrospective look back on the era of an earlier war where Andrew Jackson lied to black men who fought at New Orleans and thought they would be given their freedom. It also shows how smaller nations can be exploited by financial wizardry. Andrew Jackson threw the Rothschild bank out of America and created a pork-barrelling system which is even worse than the Fed - so now we have both corrupt systems to deal with. That is an over-simplification of the large variety.

    People like Smedley Butler who enforced the wars have told you the truth and you (all people collectively) have not made changes to the extent needed in education, media, banking, taxation and every other institution you can think of. Social engineers and religious liars have actually confessed, but no change even after the good Pope John Paul II said they created Heaven and Hell as he apologized for two millennia of "heinous acts".

    People like Jeff Rense, Fritz Springmeier, David Icke and Henry Makow get parts right and build big castles or monsters alongside reptoids, evil feminists, Black Popes and the ilk. The more people thinking they have it right who stop planning to work together the better off the forces for conflict become. Playing people against each other is not new.
